The Glider is Finished!

As the title says, the Kitchen Scale glider is all finished! After a bit of a break from my frustration, I went back to work and cut out a new seat and gave it a coat of Kitchen Scale.

I let Marc attach it this time just in case I did further damage.

To highlight the awesome details of the piece, I used Miss Mustard Seed's White Wax. It nestles nicely into the grooves and brought out the grain perfectly!

The back is my absolute favorite!

Even the spindles pop now.

Putting the glider back together was a bit tricky, but I figured it out.

Can't you just imagine yourself enjoying a great book and a cup of tea, rocking away the cares of the day?
